- 2 c. kernel corn, off cob or canned
- 1 qt. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pt. chicken bouillon
- 1/2 pt. heavy cream
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- paprika
Directions

1Simmer corn in enough milk to cover 20 minutes.

2Remove corn from milk in 2 or 3 portions and puree in blender.

3Return to milk and add any milk left from simmer.

4Slowly add chicken broth while heating.

5Add cream, butter-sliver by sliver.

6Serve with a dash of paprika.
