  • 3 ears of corn
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing

  • 1/4 tsp. ground cardamom
  • 1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

    Remove corn from cobs.

    Add to boiling water; cook 5 min.

    Drain.

    Meanwhile, heat dressing in large saucepan on medium-high heat.

    Add onions; cook and stir 5 min.

    or until onions are tender.

    Add corn, broth and cardamom; mix well.

    Remove half of the corn mixture; place in blender container.

    Add sour cream; cover.

    Return to saucepan.

    Reduce heat to medium-low; cook 5 min., stirring constantly.
