- 1 stick butter
- 2 (10 oz.) frozen corn, rinsed and drained
- 4 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (3 oz.) can green chilies, chopped
- 8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
- tortilla chips, crushed
Directions

1Melt butter in large saucepan; puree 2 cups milk and corn in small amounts until all pureed.

2Add corn mixture, salt and pepper to butter (don't overdo on salt; chips are salty).

3Bring to a boil about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.

4Mixture will not get real thick.
