  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
  • 1 (8 oz.) can creamed corn
  • 1 (8 oz.) can whole corn, drained
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. butter

Directions

    Combine eggs, muffin mix, 2 cans corn, sour cream and butter. Stir with a fork and pour into 11 x 7 x 1 3/4-inch buttered baking dish.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
