  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 8 1/2 oz. corn muffin mix
  • 8 oz. can creamed corn
  • 8 oz. can whole corn, drained
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except cheese.

    Spread in an 11 x 7 x 1 3/4-inch baking dish (after spraying with no-stick Mazola). Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.

    Sprinkle cheese over top; bake 10 to 15 minutes longer or until knife inserted comes out clean.
