- 2 beaten eggs
- 8 1/2 oz. corn muffin mix
- 8 oz. can creamed corn
- 8 oz. can whole corn, drained
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 c. shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except cheese.

2Spread in an 11 x 7 x 1 3/4-inch baking dish (after spraying with no-stick Mazola). Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.

3Sprinkle cheese over top; bake 10 to 15 minutes longer or until knife inserted comes out clean.
