  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1 box (8 oz.) muffin mix (Jiffy)
  • 4 oz. Swiss cheese, grated

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Combine all ingredients except Swiss cheese.

    Pour into a 6 x 10-inch pan or casserole dish.

    Bake in a 350° oven for 35 minutes.

    Sprinkle cheese over top and bake 10 to 15 minutes longer.
