Corn Stuffed Pork Chops

- 8 pork chops, thin cut
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 4 Tbsp. Crisco
- 4 c. soft bread crumbs
- dash of pepper
- 1 (8 3/4 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1/2 tsp. sage
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Season chops with salt and pepper.

2In small saucepan, saute celery and onion in Crisco until tender; stir in bread crumbs, corn, sage, salt and pepper.

3Place half the pork chops on rack in shallow roasting pan.

4Spread evenly with stuffing; use about 2/3 cup for each.

5Top with remaining chops.

6Cover pan with foil; bake at 325° for 45 minutes.

7Remove foil and bake 30 minutes more or until meat is tender.

8Sprinkle with paprika.
