  • 8 to 10 c. dried bread crumbs
  • 3 (16 oz.) cans creamed corn
  • 2 (16 oz.) cans corn, drained
  • 1 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

    Will stuff up to a 20 pound turkey or bake in casserole dish, covered, for 30 to 40 minutes at 350°.
