  • 1 egg
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 lb. box powdered sugar

Directions

    Mix the first 3 ingredients and pat into a 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan.
  2. 2
    Mix the cream cheese, eggs and powdered sugar and spread on top of cake mixture. Bake at 325° to 350° until set (approximately 15 to 20 minutes).
