- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1 3/4 c. (12 oz. can) cream-style corn
- 1 c. water
- pinch of ground thyme
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) seasoned bread stuffing
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
Directions

1Cook onion and celery in butter.

2Add corn, water, salt, pepper, poultry seasoning and thyme.

3Bring to boil.

4Pour over bread stuffing and mix lightly.

5Add egg yolks and shape into 12 balls.

6Place in shallow pan and pour melted butter over all. Bake in preheated oven at 350° for about 15 minutes.
