- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 lb. spaghetti
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 medium onion
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 lb. Mexican Velveeta cheese
- 1 large mushroom, sliced
Directions

1Boil chicken in lots of water until done.

2Scoop chicken out. Boil the spaghetti in chicken broth.

3Drain.

4Save 2 cups broth. Dice onion and celery and saute with margarine.

5Mix all ingredients together.

6Pour into baking dish.

7Bake at 350° until bubbly.
