- 4 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 8 oz. bag herb stuffing mix
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. melted margarine
Directions

1Cook onion, celery and 4 tablespoons margarine (melted, not browned).

2Add corn, water, seasoning and pepper.

3Bring to a boil.

4Pour over stuffing in a large bowl; mix.

5Add slightly beaten eggs and mix thoroughly.

6Form into 8 or 10 balls; place in a 9 x 13-inch greased baking pan.

7Dribble melted margarine over tops.
