Cornbeef Cabbage Pockets

  • 1 (15 ounce) can corned beef
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 cabbage
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

Directions

    Cut cabbage in wedges 1 inch thick.

    In square of foil place cabbage wedge with a pat of butter.

    Place slice of onion on top.
  4. 4
    Salt and pepper.

    Add slice of corned beef.

    Wrap to seal all in foil package.

    Make as many as needed.

    Place on BBQ and cook 15 min.

    I have also done them in the pressure cooker or in toaster oven.
