- 1 (15 ounce) can corned beef
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 cabbage
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
Directions

1Cut cabbage in wedges 1 inch thick.

2In square of foil place cabbage wedge with a pat of butter.

3Place slice of onion on top.

4Salt and pepper.

5Add slice of corned beef.

6Wrap to seal all in foil package.

7Make as many as needed.

8Place on BBQ and cook 15 min.

9I have also done them in the pressure cooker or in toaster oven.
