- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 c. cornmeal
- 1 1/2 c. sweet milk
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 tsp. flour
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Mix cornmeal, eggs, sugar and milk together.

3Measure 1 1/2 tablespoons of margarine in the skillet. Put 1 teaspoon of flour in the skillet to keep from sticking. Pour batter into the skillet and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.

4Brown the top to darken.
