  • 1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can creamed corn (8 3/4 oz. size)
  • 1 small chopped onion (optional)
  • 1/2 c. Wesson oil
  • 1 small carton sour cream (8 oz. size)

Directions

    Stir all ingredients together; put in preheated and greased iron skillet.

    Bake 45 minutes at 350°.

    Makes one medium size skillet.
