  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. cornmeal
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • buttermilk to desired thickness
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar

Directions

    Heat oven at 450°.

    Mix all ingredients.

    In large iron skillet pour in enough oil to cover bottom of skillet.

    Pour in all of cornbread mix.

    Bake at 450° until golden brown or about 25 to 30 minutes.
