- 2 c. buttermilk
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- butter
Directions

1Mix all ingredients, except butter.

2Using a small Teflon skillet on top of stove on medium heat, melt 3 heaping tablespoonfuls butter.

3Pour half of batter in skillet. cover with lid.

4Keep check and when lightly brown, turn and brown other side.
