- Thin slice of prosciutto
- Thin slice of Italian salami, such as mortadella.
- Thin slice of provalone cheese.
- Ground sage
Directions

1Rub the veal with a little bit of sage.

2Lay a slice of prosciutto on a veal scallopine, then top with a slice of salami and a slice of cheese.

3Roll up and secure with a toothpick.

4Bake, covered, at 350° for 30 minutes, then remove cover & bake until browned some.
