  • Veal scallopine pounded thin
  • Thin slice of prosciutto
  • Thin slice of Italian salami, such as mortadella.
  • Thin slice of provalone cheese.
  • Ground sage

Directions

    Rub the veal with a little bit of sage.

    Lay a slice of prosciutto on a veal scallopine, then top with a slice of salami and a slice of cheese.

    Roll up and secure with a toothpick.

    Bake, covered, at 350° for 30 minutes, then remove cover & bake until browned some.
