- 1 large egg
- enough sweet milk for a thin mixture
Directions

1Preheat oven to 475°.

2Place large skillet with 5 tablespoons of bacon drippings in oven.

3When skillet and drippings are very hot, pour drippings in cornmeal mixture.

4Stir and pour back into skillet.

5Bake for 15 minutes or until done.
