- 1 c. sugar
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 (6 oz.) can cream corn
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. cornmeal
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Mix flour, cornmeal, salt and baking powder.

3Cream together eggs, sugar and butter; add cream corn. Add dry ingredients.

4Blend in cheeses last.

5Reduce heat to 300°. Bake 40 to 50 minutes.
