  • 4 to 5 lb. brisket
  • 4 Tbsp. liquid smoke
  • 2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 4 tsp. celery seed
  • 4 slices onion or 2 Tbsp. dehydrated
  • 4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with foil.

    Mix ingredients and spread over brisket.

    Cover and bake in a 300° oven for 1 hour per pound of brisket.

    Uncover 30 minutes before removing from oven.

    Let cool before slicing (I prefer to remove the excess marinade before slicing).
