- 4 cup flour
- 4 cup sugar
- 4 cup buttermilk
- 2 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 8 each eggs
- 3 each jalapenos
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 4 cup polenta
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350.

2Chop jalapenos and add to melted butter.

3Add to sugar and set aside.

4In another bowl, mix flour, polenta, salt and baking soda together.

5In another bowl, whisk eggs lightly.

6Combine buttermilk and baking soda together and whisk until baking soda starts to bubble up.

7Quickly add to eggs and mix well.

8Add egg mixture to sugar mixture and then add all to flour mixture.

9Mix well and pour into a well greased pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
