- 34 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs, separated and set aside
- 1 13 cups buttermilk
- 14 cup margarine, melted
Directions

1Mix corn meal, baking soda, and salt together.

2Add buttermilk, and egg yolks, beat with cornmeal mix.

3Add in melted margarine while mixing.

4Beat egg whites until stiff (important).

5Gently fold in just enough to mix thoroughly.

6Cook at 450F until done, 20-30 minutes.
