  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 small can cream-style corn
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. self-rising corn meal
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar

Directions

    Combine all ingredients together and stir until just mixed. Grease muffin pans, fill 3/4 full.
