- 1 1/3 c. home ground meal
- 1/2 c. flour (plain)
- 1/2 c. powdered milk (or little less)
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. water
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil (heated in skillet)
Directions

1Mix dry ingredients well.

2Add water; mix well.

3Add 1/3 of oil that has been heated.

4Pour mixture in 9-inch skillet.

5Dip oil from sides of mixture and put over top of bread.

6Bake in one 9-inch skillet in 450° oven until brown.
