  • fresh sweet corn, cut from cob
  • 1 c. margarine
  • 2 c. half and half or milk

Directions

    Fill a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking pan with fresh sweet corn cut from cob.

    Melt margarine and pour it over the corn.
  3. 3
    Pour the half and half or milk over it and bake in oven at 350° for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Bag, seal and cool corn and then put in freezer.
