  • cornbread mix or your own recipe
  • 1 small pkg. sausage
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 small cans Ro-Tel tomatoes, drained
  • 1 small box Kraft jalapeno cheese

Directions

    Bake cornbread in 3 cake pans; cool.

    Brown sausage; add chopped onions, pepper, Ro-Tel tomatoes and jalapeno cheese.

    Cook until consistency of icing.

    Spread on each layer of cornbread. Will look like an iced cake.

    Cut in wedges to serve.
