  • 2 medium avocados
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • 2 c. (10 1/2 oz.) jalapeno bean dip
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 3 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 can ripe olives, chopped
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. extra sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

    Peel and mash avocados, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

    Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco mix.

    To assemble, spread bean dip on shallow pan.

    Top with avocado mixture.

    Layer with sour cream and taco mix.

    Sprinkle with onion, olives and tomatoes.

    Cover with shredded cheese.
