  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can pinto beans
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix, mixed as directed on box

Directions

    Brown ground beef and drain.

    In a 2-quart casserole, add soup, beans, hamburger and onion.

    Mix cornbread as directed on box and spoon over beef mixture.

    Bake in a 400° oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until brown.
