  • 2 pkg. cornbread mix
  • 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 stick oleo or butter, etc.
  • 1 egg
  • 1 can whole corn, drained
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar or to taste

Directions

    Mix all dry ingredients thoroughly.

    Add eggs, oleo or butter, sour cream, corn and cream-style corn.

    Blend until well blended with mixer.

    Pour into greased pan.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until golden brown on top.
