  • 1 1/2 lb. sausage or hamburger, fried
  • 2 boxes Jiffy corn bread
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 (8 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • whole kernel corn to taste
  • 2 c. Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Fry sausage or hamburger.

    Mix Jiffy corn bread, egg, milk and cream-style corn.

    Add whole kernel corn to taste.

    Spread thin layer on bottom of greased cake pan.

    Add a layer of sausage or hamburger.

    Add layer of Mozzarella cheese (2 cups).

    Cover entirely with rest of the corn bread mixture.

    Bake 45 minutes at 375°.

    Top with butter.
