- 1 cup Cooked Rice
- 2 piece Eggs
- 50 grams Chicken
- 1 bunch Basil Leave
- 1 cup Peppers, mushroom, carrots
- 2 tablespoon Tom Yum Paste
- 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 3 tablespoon oil
- 2 tablespoon Minced Garlic
Directions

1Season the eggs with salt and scramble in a work & keep aside. Throw in rice, all the vegetables, basil leaves and season with salt & pepper.

2Heat oil again in the same work, add minced garlic, tom yum or tom kha pasta, soy sauce, oyster sauce and the diced chicken. Keep stirring on a high flame till the chicken is cooked.

3Add the scrambled egg, stir well and serve your all in one kapow rice.
