- 6 c. cornbread crumbs
- 6 c. biscuit or loaf bread crumbs
- 3 tsp. sage
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 3/4 stick margarine
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 6 c. hot chicken broth
- 6 eggs, well beaten
Directions

1Mix cornbread and loaf bread crumbs.

2Add sage and pepper.

3Set aside in a large mixing bowl.

4Melt margarine in saucepan over medium heat.

5Add celery and onion.

6Cook until tender.

7Add onion and celery mixture to bread crumbs and stir.

8Beat eggs and add to mixture.

9Mix well.

10Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake in preheated 350° oven for 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean when inserted in center.
