- 1 (9-inch) pan cornbread
- 8 slices of light bread
- 1 qt. chicken broth
- 1 c. milk
- 2 eggs, boiled and chopped fine
- 2 Tbsp. sage
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
Directions

1Crumble cornbread and light bread in a bowl.

2May use old biscuits in place of light bread.

3Add salt, pepper, sage, boiled eggs, onions and celery.

4Mix well and add chicken broth and milk. May need more broth.

5Place in baking dish.

6Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes.
