  • 1 (8-inch) pan cooked cornbread
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 3 pieces chicken, deboned and chopped
  • 2 boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 raw egg
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Mix well and bake at 400° for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until browned.
