Ingredients
- 1 skillet cornbread
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 or 4 ribs celery
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 slices bread or biscuits
- 1/2 stick oleo
- salt and pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- poultry seasoning
- sage
- oregano
- 1 or 2 c. meat, chopped (optional)
- broth
Directions

1Mix together cornbread, onion, celery, garlic, bread, oleo and eggs.

2Pour in broth until it is the consistency you want.

3(Some people like their dressing dry, others soupy.)

4Add salt, pepper, poultry seasoning and sage to taste.

5Add meat if you like and cook about 30 minutes at 350°.

6If you don't have enough broth, you can use a can of cream of chicken soup.

7This can be made with chicken, turkey or pork.
