  • 6 c. cornbread, crumbled
  • 2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. rubbed sage
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 c. onions, chopped
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 c. chicken broth
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten

Directions

    Combine cornbread, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and sage; set aside. Place on medium heat until boiling. Pour over bread mixture; add eggs and mix well. Pour into a greased 13 x 9-inch Pyrex dish and bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until set.
