Ingredients

  • 1 pan corn bread, made with 3 eggs and baked
  • 2 large onions, chopped
  • 1/2 loaf dry toasted bread, broken to small pieces
  • 1 small stalk celery, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 small box rubbed sage
  • 1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 6 raw eggs
  • broth from turkey

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together, then add turkey broth until it is very moist.

    Bake in oven at 350° until inserted knife comes out clean.

    Yields 1 gallon.
