- 34 cup self-rising flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 12 cup vegetable oil
- 1 12 cups creamed corn
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cheese (Mexican cheese blend)
- 12 cup jalapeno pepper (optional)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375F.

2Brush cast iron skillet with vegetable oil and place in oven for about 10 minutes.

3Mix all ingredients in bowl.

4Take skillet out of oven and pour the cornmeal batter in skillet.

5Bake for about 35 minutes.
