  • 34 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 12 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 12 cups creamed corn
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cheese (Mexican cheese blend)
  • 12 cup jalapeno pepper (optional)

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375F.

    Brush cast iron skillet with vegetable oil and place in oven for about 10 minutes.
