  • 1 c. Niblets corn, drained
  • 3 boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 c. ripe tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 2 c. mayo or Ranch Style dressing
  • cornbread

Directions

    Mix first 5 ingredients with mayo or Ranch Style dressing. Place in refrigerator while making cornbread.

    When cornbread is done, crumble and mix with vegetables.

    Serve cold.
