  • 4 medium bananas
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. dark rum
  • 2 c. chilled whipped cream

    Place bananas in baking dish.

    Roast 15 minutes.

    Cool. Process bananas, sugar and rum.

    Puree.

    Add cream.

    Process until fluffy (approximately 2 minutes).

    Can be made up to 4 hours ahead.
