  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) box Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 9 slices bacon, cooked, cooled and crumbled
  • 1/2 c. mayo
  • 4 medium tomatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 c. celery, diced
  • 1/2 c. sweet pickles, diced
  • 1/2 c. sweet pickle juice

    Mix Jiffy, egg and milk.

    Bake, cool and crumble.

    Mix in large bowl, tomatoes, onion, pepper, celery and sweet pickles. Add bacon.
