  • 1 large bell pepper
  • 4 medium tomatoes
  • 1 medium onion
  • 9 or 10 bacon strips or bacon bits
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. sweet salad cubes
  • 1/4 c. pickle juice

    Fix cornbread mix according to directions on box.

    Crumble cornbread in a large bowl.

    Mix chopped bell pepper, tomatoes, onion and bacon.

    Mix 1/2 cup sweet salad cubes, 1/4 cup of sweet pickle juice and 1 cup mayonnaise.
