  • 8 1/2 lb. ribs (country-style; pork)
  • margarine
  • 2 c. diced celery
  • 2 large diced onions
  • 32 oz. catsup and water to rinse bottle
  • 1/8 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar or to taste

Directions

    Saute celery and onions in margarine on medium heat, stirring all the time.

    Add remaining ingredients; cook until tender. Remove from heat.

    Cook ribs on outside grill 1/2 hour.

    Put in roaster.

    Add sauce and salt to taste.

    Cover and bake at 350° for 2 1/2 hours.
