- 8 1/2 lb. ribs (country-style; pork)
- margarine
- 2 c. diced celery
- 2 large diced onions
- 32 oz. catsup and water to rinse bottle
- 1/8 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 c. brown sugar or to taste
Directions

1Saute celery and onions in margarine on medium heat, stirring all the time.

2Add remaining ingredients; cook until tender. Remove from heat.

3Cook ribs on outside grill 1/2 hour.

4Put in roaster.

5Add sauce and salt to taste.

6Cover and bake at 350° for 2 1/2 hours.
