- 1 pkg. Shawnee cornbread mix (yellow), prebake and cool
- 1 pkg. Shawnee cornbread mix (Mexican), prebake and cool
- 1 chopped medium bell pepper
- 1 medium onion, chopped fine
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped fine
- 3/4 c. celery (optional)
- 2 c. Hellmann's real mayonnaise (no light)
- Tabasco sauce
Directions

1After cornbread has been cooked and cooled, crumble until very fine.

2Add your onion, bell pepper, tomatoes and celery.

3Add 2 dashes of Tabasco sauce for a little flavor or 4 to 5 for a hot flavor.

4Add Hellmann's mayonnaise and stir until well mixed. Refrigerate overnight for best taste.
