  • 2 (6 oz.) pkg. cornbread mix
  • 1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 bunches green onions, chopped with tops
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 3 stalks chopped celery
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 c. mayonnaise

Directions

    Mix cornbread according to directions and bake in 9 x 12-inch oblong pan.

    Cool and crumble in large bowl.

    Add bacon, chopped vegetables and mayonnaise.

    Mix well.
