- 1 Mexican cornbread mix
- 1 regular cornbread mix
- 1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise (no substitution)
- 1 large diced green pepper
- 1 medium onion (yellow, white, purple)
- 1 diced tomato
Directions

1I cook both mixes together and bake in an iron skillet. Crumble cooked cornbread in a large bowl.

2Add mayonnaise and diced vegetables.

3Mix well, cover and refrigerate several hours before serving.
