Cornbread Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 Mexican cornbread mix
  • 1 regular cornbread mix
  • 1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise (no substitution)
  • 1 large diced green pepper
  • 1 medium onion (yellow, white, purple)
  • 1 diced tomato

Directions

    I cook both mixes together and bake in an iron skillet. Crumble cooked cornbread in a large bowl.

    Add mayonnaise and diced vegetables.

    Mix well, cover and refrigerate several hours before serving.
