- 1 pan cornbread
- 4 ripe tomatoes
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped fine
- 1 c. sweet pickles
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. sweet pickle juice
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 lb. bacon
Directions

1Cook cornbread and crumble in a large bowl.

2Cut tomatoes into small pieces.

3Mix bell pepper, pickle juice, pickles, onion and mayonnaise and let stand for 3 to 4 hours before serving.

4Cook bacon and crumble over all.
