  • 1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 4 medium tomatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
  • 1/4 c. sweet pickle juice
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 9 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled or bacon bits

Directions

    Combine cornbread mix, egg and milk.

    Stir well.

    Cook in greased pan at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool.

    Crumble and set aside.
