  • 1 box cornbread mix (Jiffy)
  • 1 green pepper, chopped fine
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped fine
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 6 to 8 radishes, chopped fine
  • 6 green onions, chopped fine
  • 1/4 c. Miracle Whip
  • 1/3 c. cucumber dressing

Directions

    Bake cornbread according to directions.

    Cool in pan and crumble.

    Mix radishes, green pepper, onions and tomatoes with crumbled cornbread.

    Stir in Miracle Whip, mustard and cucumber dressing. Chill.
